Our cabin is located in Heber Springs, Arkansas in the Fat Possum Hollow Cabin Community along the Little Red River. The cabin community sits on 250 acres.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, Wi-Fi, cable television, pool table, ping pong table, and a fantastic wraparound porch to view birds. The cabin community is on 250 acres and features a wonderful gathering place called the B.Y.O.Barn. Five horses also roam the property.

The rentals operate as long term leases. Tenants choose to have the cabin twelve times a year (one week per month) or six weeks a year (one week every other month.) We do not offer short term rentals or nightly rentals.

Yes. Pets are allowed within reason.

Yes, we provide Wi-Fi for our guests.

No. We offer six week or twelve week leases.
